Most people are not overweight because they eat “bad foods.” They are overweight because they massively underestimate calorie density. That is the real problem. Foods like: • almonds • trail mix • olive oil • cheese • dried fruit all have a healthy reputation. But healthy does not mean low calorie. And during fat loss… that matters.
